Service Description
For returning players, your choice of three days per week from the academy programs offered: Mondays: Fundamentals or On the Ball Tuesdays: Speed & Agility Wednesdays: Sharp Shooting or Winning the Ball Thursdays: Sharp Shooting or Winning the Ball The program commences the week of 2nd February and aligns with the school term. Each session is 1 hour and 15 minutes, with session times based on ability level: Beginners: 4– 5:15 pm Intermediate: 5:15 – 6:30 pm Advanced: 6:30 – 7:45 pm Note that the booking fee assumes you already have one of the compulsory training shirts. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation All bookings must be completed through our official online booking form. A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment and registration are processed. 2. Payment Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 7 days or more before the program start date are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date may not be eligible for a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances, which will be assessed case by case. If a participant is unable to attend due to illness or injury, a medical certificate may be required to consider a credit or partial refund. 4. Session Changes NET reserves the right to modify session times, locations, or coaches if required. If a session must be cancelled by NET (e.g., extreme weather, venue issue), a replacement session, credit, or refund will be offered. 5. Participant Requirements All players must arrive with appropriate footwear, attire, and water. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring participant information provided during booking is accurate, including medical details and emergency contacts. 6. Behaviour & Conduct NET promotes a positive, respectful environment. Any behaviour that compromises the safety or experience of others may result in removal from the program without refund. 7. Photography & Media By completing the booking form, you consent to NET using photos or videos captured during sessions for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing. 8. Liability While all care is taken, NET is not responsible for personal belongings brought to sessions. Participants take part at their own risk. NET coaches are accredited and follow safe training practices at all times. 9. Privacy All personal information collected during the booking process is kept confidential and used solely for program administration.
