NET has been designed to work alongside clubs, providing additional focus where clubs may not have the time or capacity to do so. Our programs provide dedicated coaching sessions focused on position-specific skill enhancement, fundamentals, speed and agility.
But, we go further...
We support players in every aspect of their development, from mindset and confidence to recovery, strength, and conditioning. By investing in the whole athlete, we help players perform at their best, both physically and mentally.
Through this holistic approach, NET not only builds stronger, more confident players, but also strengthens local clubs by helping athletes return to their teams better prepared, more resilient, and ready to lead on and off the court.

On the Ball
The midcourt is where everything comes together to keep the game moving.
Our On the Ball program helps players learn how to lead the play, find space, and make smart decisions under pressure.
Players will work on movement, passing, vision, and timing and will learn how to create strong leads, deliver accurate passes, and support their teammates at both ends of the court.
This program builds confidence and teamwork while growing game awareness. Whether it’s feeding the circle or bringing the ball down the court, On the Ball helps players understand their role and feel proud of the impact they make every time they step on court.

Sharp Shooting
Confidence and composure are the building blocks to getting the ball through the net.
Our Sharp Shooting program works on this as well as helping players refine technique, so they can build trust in their shot.
We focus on correct shooting form, timing, and decision-making to help players find their rhythm and consistency.
Through targeted drills, players learn how to create space, lose a defender, and work with their teammate in the circle as well as their midcourt to open up strong shooting opportunities.
Above all, we focus on mindset. It is so important shooters believe in themselves and their ability to hit it when it counts. Whether you’re just finding your feet or ready to fine-tune your accuracy, this program gives shooters the tools and self-belief to step up with confidence when it matters most.

Winning the Ball
Defence is about being clever, quick, and confident all over the court.
Our Winning the Ball program helps young players learn how to defend their opponents, chase down every opportunity, and work together to turn defence into attack.
Through fun drills and games, players will develop the basics of positioning, footwork, and timing. They’ll also learn how to keep a shooter out of the circle, defend a shot safely, and read the play to make great intercepts.
Players will finish each session ready to back themselves, support their teammates, and love the challenge of winning the ball for their team.

Fundamentals
Every great player starts with strong foundations
Our Fundamentals program is perfect for anyone who’s new to netball or wants to brush up on the basics, no matter their age or experience.
Through fun, supportive sessions, players will learn the core skills that make all the difference on court: footwork, passing, catching, movement, and teamwork. We make sure everyone understands the game, feels confident in their abilities, and enjoys every step of their netball journey.
Whether it’s your first season or you’re returning after a break, Fundamentals is all about building skills, confidence, and a love for the game that lasts.

Speed & Agility
Anyone can move, but not everyone can move with purpose.
Our Speed & Agility program helps players move faster, change direction confidently, and react quickly in every moment of the game.
Through fun drills and games, players will develop the basics of explosive movement, quick footwork, body control, and balance. They’ll also learn how to accelerate into space, stop and turn efficiently, and stay light on their feet when defending or attacking.
Players will finish each session feeling sharper, quicker, and more confident in their movement, ready to create space, win the contest, and keep their team one step ahead.

Strength & Conditioning
Build your body, protect your game
At NET, we’re committed to developing confident, capable, and resilient female athletes, which is why we’ve partnered with a gym which specialises in developing young girls.
The team brings more than 10 years of specialised experience, backed by a deep understanding of female physiology, psychology, and long-term athletic needs. A self-confessed science and research nerd, the head coach holds both a Master of Sports Science and a Master of Nutrition, combining evidence-based training principles with a passion for empowering young athletes.
