Designed to educate, support recovery, and build confidence, all in a safe, supervised, and positive group environment.
Training and competition place physical and mental demands on young athletes. Learning how to recover effectively is a key part of long term performance, injury prevention, and overall wellbeing.

Recovery isn’t just physical it’s social and emotional too
Completing these sessions together helps the girls build confidence by trying something new in a supportive environment, strengthen friendships and connection within the academy, and encourage positive conversations around wellbeing and self-care. Sharing these experiences outside of the court also creates meaningful memories, and many girls find that taking on new challenges as a group helps reduce nerves, boost self-belief, and deepen team bonds.

As part of our commitment to developing well-rounded, confident athletes, we’re excited to introduce guided sauna and ice bath recovery sessions for our NET Academy girls.
