Recovery Programs

Designed to educate, support recovery, and build confidence, all in a safe, supervised, and positive group environment.
Training and competition place physical and mental demands on young athletes. Learning how to recover effectively is a key part of long term performance, injury prevention, and overall wellbeing.

Recovery isn’t just physical it’s social and emotional too 

Completing these sessions together helps the girls build confidence by trying something new in a supportive environment, strengthen friendships and connection within the academy, and encourage positive conversations around wellbeing and self-care. Sharing these experiences outside of the court also creates meaningful memories, and many girls find that taking on new challenges as a group helps reduce nerves, boost self-belief, and deepen team bonds.

As part of our commitment to developing well-rounded, confident athletes, we’re excited to introduce guided sauna and ice bath recovery sessions for our NET Academy girls.

Sauna Benefits
  • ​Supports muscle relaxation after training and games.

  • Encourages circulation and a sense of physical reset.

  • Promotes calmness, relaxation, and mental recovery.

  • Provides an opportunity to learn structured recovery routines.

Ice Bath Benefits
  • Commonly used by athletes to assist post-training recovery.

  • Helps reduce muscle soreness and fatigue when used correctly.

  • Builds resilience and mental strength in a controlled setting.

  • Teaches safe techniques, breathing, and time awareness.
