Service Description
Your choice of three days per week from the academy programs offered: Mondays: Fundamentals, On the Ball & Sharp Shooting Tuesdays: Speed & Agility Wednesdays: Sharp Shooting or Winning the Ball The program commences the week of 2nd February and aligns with the school term. The Speed & Agility Session is 1hr long from 4.30-5.30pm. All other specialist sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes, with session times based on ability level: Foundation: 4– 5:15 pm Developing: 5:15 – 6:30 pm Performance: 5:15 – 6:30 pm This program also includes our compulsory NET training shirt and NET Training Journal as part of the registration fee. Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation All bookings must be completed through our official online booking form. A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment and registration are processed. 2. Payment Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Please refer to our Terms and Conditions. 4. Session Changes NET reserves the right to modify session times, locations, or coaches if required. If a session must be cancelled by NET (e.g., extreme weather, venue issue), a replacement session or credit will be offered. 5. Participant Requirements All players must arrive with appropriate footwear, attire, and water. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring participant information provided during booking is accurate, including medical details and emergency contacts. 6. Behaviour & Conduct NET promotes a positive, respectful environment. Any behaviour that compromises the safety or experience of others may result in removal from the program without refund. 7. Photography & Media By completing the booking form, you consent to NET using photos or videos captured during sessions for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing. 8. Liability Your use of the Services is at your own risk. NET shall not be held responsible or liable to you or to any other person for any injury, illness, death, loss or damage of any kind sustained while present on NET's premises or otherwise, except where NET was negligent in providing the particular part of the Service which caused the injury, illness, death, loss or damage. You represent to NET that all personal detail and information provided in this form (including the health questionnaire) is accurate and truthful, and undertake to promptly advise NET of any change to the same. You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified NET against all loss and damage suffered by NET arising out of a breach of this agreement by you. 9. Privacy All personal information collected during the booking process is kept confidential and used solely for program administration.
